Online Ordering

Two of our suppliers, Madison Cycles and Fishers Outdoor, offer you the opportunity to order products online. To access their sites you can click either one on our useful links list or, in the case of Madison, simply click the Ultimate Pursuits image. Both sites work in a similar way and give you the chance to purchase a far greater range of products than we are able to stock in the shop whilst maintaining the advantages of shopping at your local supplier.

Both companies will require you to register with them before you place an order; this simply means filling in an on-line form giving your personal contact details. Once this is done you will simply log in each time you shop by giving your user ID.

In the case of Ultimate Pursuits you pay a 50% deposit online using your credit or debit card, the goods are despatched to us at Life Cycles, where you can then collect them and pay the remaining balance. Delivery is normally made within two working days subject to stock availability and you will be advised of this when you place the order. Should the item be out of stock you have the option of being emailed when the product is available.

Fisher Outdoor run a similar system but you do not pay a deposit online. Instead you supply your card details, which are passed on to the retailer who will only take payment when your order is in stock. You will be given a choice of participating retailers in your area from which you can select where you would like to collect the goods. As with Ultimate Pursuits you will be informed by e-mail when the goods arrive at your chosen shop.

For a small extra fee we can post goods on to you at your chosen address but we would stress that, if you are able, collecting from us means you can ensure you are happy with the product before taking it home.
